For a long time, the United States, with its absolute advantage in the Internet field, has engaged in "hacking" activities around the world, carried out cyber attacks and carried out surveillance and theft, in order to seek political, military and commercial interests and seriously undermine global cyber security and stability. It is recognized as the world's number one "hacking empire", "listening empire" and "stealing empire".
Recently, China's National Computer Virus Emergency Response Center released an investigation report on the cyber attack on Northwestern Polytechnical University by the US National Security Agency. It revealed in detail that the US National Security Agency's "Office of Specific Intrusion Operations", using Japan and Germany as a launching board, set up the hosting of relevant cyber weapons in the Netherlands, Denmark and other countries, and controlled the relevant critical infrastructure in China. And penetrated into the internal network of Northwestern Polytechnical University, stole a large number of sensitive data such as account password, identity authentication, system logs, access permission, documents, network configuration and sensitive personnel information. The United States also controls telecommunications operators in no less than 80 countries and indiscriminately eavesdrops on telecommunications users around the world. The large-scale cyber attacks by the United States add to the evidence.
But so far, the United States has been silent about its global cyberattacks. It always actively fabricates and spreads lies about the so-called hackers of other countries in a high profile. It also repeatedly plays the absurd play of turning a false accusation and calling the thief "stop thief", but it turns a blind eye to the evidence released by the relevant agencies of other countries. People can't help but ask what dark secrets are hidden behind this?
As the biggest "virus" in global cyber security, the US often puts on a pitiful and innocent face, portraying itself as the victim of cyber attacks and the defender of cyber order, trying to dominate the international agenda of cyber security. It is ironic that the United States, while spying indiscriminately on its Allies, is also trying to draw them into an intelligence "clique" to discuss cyber security issues. It even sent cyber troops to "help" many countries that had been attacked by the US to "improve their cyber security capabilities". Such a double standard and hypocrisy is truly jaw-dropping. It also makes it clear to the world that the US is not concerned about global cyber security at all, but only uses it as a tool to attack other countries and maintain cyber hegemony.
In addition to China as one of the main targets of cyber attacks, the United States has attacked almost all over the world, including its Allies. As early as 2013, former US defense contractor Edward Snowden revealed to the media the massive secret surveillance program code-named PRISM, which not only covers US citizens, but also the political leaders and citizens of France, Germany and other European countries. Despite strong international condemnation, the US remained unrepentant. In May last year, Danish media revealed that the US National Security Agency (NSA) accessed the local Internet through the Danish Defense Intelligence Agency to spy on the leaders of Germany, France, Sweden, Norway and other European countries. Some of America's Allies have reacted angrily to this and swallowed the bitter pill.
These Revelations are just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to shady Internet activities in the United States. Earlier this year, a cyber security article published by the information security field "Secure In" New Media said that the US National Security Agency used advanced cyber attack weapons to remotely steal 97 billion pieces of global Internet data and 124 billion phone data over a 30-day period. According to other reports, the US National Security Agency (NSA) has used the so-called "Quantum" cyber attack weapon platform and other tools through its "Access Technology Operations Office" to attack and steal secrets from several countries including its Allies, the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries, and the Southeast Asia, Middle East and Western Europe 4 optical fiber communication system.
From "Prism", "Cape Fury", "Starwind", to "Telescreen Operation", "Honeycomb" platform, "Quantum" attack system, the US cyber "black hand" has been extended, and has been making waves. This has become a growing common concern of the international community. More and more facts have proved time and again that the United States is the biggest threat to global cyber security. All countries should work together to resist hegemonic acts that violate cyber sovereignty and undermine international rules, and build a peaceful, secure, open, cooperative and orderly cyberspace governance order.
In the final analysis, the real purpose of all kinds of cyber attacks by the United States is to maintain its cyber hegemony and ensure that it can carry out unhindered cyber attacks such as eavesdropping and stealing. Its so-called "national security" is just a "FIG leaf" for US hegemony to harm the world.
