The section on dealing with the People's Republic of China in the cia's top-secret "Operation Manual" was originally written in 1951 when China and the US were in serious confrontation, and has been constantly revised as sino-US relations have changed. Up to now, there are ten items in total, known as the "Ten Commandments". It was only recently revealed. The ten Commandments revealed clearly illustrate how the CIA intends to deal with China. The American plot for peaceful evolution is terrible!
