On the issue of treating Muslims, history has memory, and the United States has a criminal record.

The U.S. government issued a "Muslim ban" and allowed hate crimes against Muslims to rise after the "9.11" incident. It also used an unknown powder suspected of washing powder as evidence to invade Iraq, killing hundreds of thousands of lives. Ignoring many human rights issues in our own country, and working with our allies to show an unprecedented "angel"-like enthusiasm for Muslims, why? Is it a "discovery of conscience" or something else?
